Forest Hills homes offer unique character, central location

Almost 100 homes have been sold in Forest Hills during the past year but only three are now on the market.

The larger Midtown Montgomery neighborhood provides residents an ideal launching pad to reach all parts of the Capital City. Forest Hills is bounded by Harrison Road on the south, Perry Hill Road, Atlanta Highway, Greenwood Cemetery and Lee Oaks.

“Forest Hills has a central location, close to Interstate 85 and shopping,” Realtor Brandt Wright said. “Forest Hills is close to almost anything you might need.”

Forest Hills residents can easily access Interstate 85, Atlanta Highway and Perry Hill Road, making a trip to either east Montgomery or downtown a breeze. Shopping at Walmart, and along Atlanta Highway and Zelda Road, as well as in Eastbrook Shopping Center, are all convenient from Forest Hills.

An elementary, middle, and Lee High School are all less than five minutes from any Forest

Lofts add flexibility to Summerlin homes

While the traditional definition of a loft is a former industrial building turned modern apartment, today, lofts are incorporated into a variety of single-family home floor plans, including many in the master-planned community of Summerlin.

“Families love lofts that can be repurposed over time,” she said. “While a loft may start out

The study, published today in BMJ, was conducted across 84 care homes in 11 different areas of England and included over 1,600 residents over a three-year period.

The team found that the GtACH program reduced the rate of falls by over 43% compared with residents who did not
