P63 Apartment by DA bureau

P63 is a small urban condominium created for a single of our normal consumers. Most of his time, he stays with his family in the place and arrives downtown only on small business for 1-2 times. When commencing this style task, we had been faced with the tough job of efficiently organising the area in a reasonably tiny apartment and making it as purposeful as attainable.

We decided to aim on 3D house organisation. As a result, we have created an item in the type of a dice that logically divided the central space of the apartment into various zones. The placing of the condominium is designed in a concise and minimalist method, with nearly no decor. To emphasise the geometry of the room, we applied shadow profiles and hidden skirting boards. The inside is centered on minimalist and perfectly-developed buildings that make an unpretentious house look complex and persuasive.
