P63 is a small urban condominium created for a single of our normal consumers. Most of his time, he stays with his family in the place and arrives downtown only on small business for 1-2 times. When commencing this style task, we had been faced with the tough job of efficiently organising the area in a reasonably tiny apartment and making it as purposeful as attainable.

We decided to aim on 3D house organisation. As a result, we have created an item in the type of a dice that logically divided the central space of the apartment into various zones. On 1 side of the room, there is a kitchen area, and on the other aspect, a instead significant storage space is put this allowed us to maintain the hallway and the entrance area each neat and practical. Also, we intended a smaller doing the job spot inside this volumetric object.

As the main concept of the condominium, we strived to produce a thing completely different from the client’s place dwelling, in which black colour predominates. So, we needed to make the area in the apartment bright, concise, and pure. That is why we chosen white as a colour for all surfaces. Meanwhile, a functional volumetric environmentally friendly cube grew to become the visible accent of the design.

The placing of the condominium is designed in a concise and minimalist method, with nearly no decor. To emphasise the geometry of the room, we applied shadow profiles and hidden skirting boards. The inside is centered on minimalist and perfectly-developed buildings that make an unpretentious house look complex and persuasive.
