According to real estate website Redfin, home prices in Westport increased 6.3 percent in February 2022 compared to the same month in 2021. The average sale price Redfin recorded for February 2022 totals $1,517,500. While prices increased, Redfin notes the number of homes sold in February 2022 decreased compared to the same time last year by 26, marking a 38.1 percent decrease year over year. The median number of days a home in Westport spent on the market also decreased in February 2022 compared to February 2021, with a home spending an average of 55 days on the market in 2022 versus 66 days in 2021.
